Live In Crooked Creek-North Fulton GA


Crooked Creek is a community in North Fulton county of Georgia, split between both Alpharetta and Milton. The rolling hills of the subdivision hold spacious lots for quality built homes. With 640 homes spread throughout, this large neighborhood has great amenities for residents, including a club house, gated entrance, homeowner's association, playground, sidewalks, street lights, swim team, swimming pool, lighted tennis courts, and underground utilities. Homes in Crooked Creek range from the low $300,000's to the mid $900,000's, and have been built from 1995 up until 2008.


The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms can vary, as they range from 3 to 8 bedrooms and 2 to 7 bathrooms. Most homes have between 2 and 3 car garages and are on lots between 1/3 acre and 1 acre. A lot of homes have upgraded features like hardwood floors, gourmet kitchens, master suites, and basements.


Crooked Creek is situated just north of Windward Parkway and very close to Highway 400, which is extremely convenient for those commuting into the perimeter for work. Also, it is easy to get to several shopping and dining destinations in the area, such as Avalon off Old Milton Parkway and North Point Mall off of Haynes Bridge Road. Crooked Creek is also close to Wills Park, Fowler Park, and Webb Bridge Park, if you are more interested in recreational activities.


In addition to fantastic extra curricular's in the area, the education system for the area is wonderful. Schools assigned to Crooked Creek are: Cogburn Woods Elementary School 
(8/10 on GreatSchools.org), Hopewell Middle School (10/10), and Cambridge High School (9/10).
